General Properties and Applications
The environmentally friendly flame retardant master batch which produced according to the PE-processing performance. The main contents are aromatic bromine compound and antimony trioxide.
It is an efficient flame retardant for LDPE, HDPE. It is used for high temperature process and special flame retardant requirements according to the standards DIN 4102 B2, DIN 4102 B1 and CEE.
Applications: This product can be suitable for PE film.
Typically dosage:10-15 % in PE
Processing
At higher concentrations a negative influence on mechanical properties and weldability cannot be excluded. The high density may lead to demixing upon long conveyance.
Pigments, particularly carbon black and other additives may impair the fire retardant effect. Preliminary tests are recommended.
After successful production the machine has to be cleaned with pure carrier because at higher temperatures irritant vapours can occur. Ensure a good air intake and a local exhaust during production. As for this situation (even if against the effects) , we recommend that customers read product manual before using it. And test products before using. If necessary, customers can contact our technical center for support.
