General Properties and Applications
High efficiency fire resistance and low costs can be balance with FRPP30. It is designed to give self extinguishing properties with Br and P contents in injection molding and extrusion applications.
The flame retardant masterbatch which produced according to the PP-processing performance , can solve the flame retardant problems of PP forming. It has low dosage, effective flame retardant, high temperature performance, low precipitation and in line with the requirements of EU environmentally friendly directives, etc. In the basis of the traditional flame-retardant , we add a specially designed toughened function, makes the flame retardant masterbatch minimize the impact of the physical properties of the materials.
Applications
Mainly recommended for PP resin, such as PP extrusion and injection molded parts, European socket, electric tools ,electrical frames, electrical enclosures, sockets, hollow plate, polypropylene fiber silk, mining network, bellows, fire-retardant PP film.
The recommended loads for DIN 4102 B2 or UL-94 V2 standards are only 2-8%. GWT at 775℃ in PP can be achieved. Blooming free is a obvious benefit after any processing.
Processing
Something that can not be match with: master-batch with color、glass fiber、inorganic filler、alkaline additives and flexibilizer, all of these may affect the flame-retardant properties at varying degrees. In the course of the practical application , we have received customer complaints, it has such example, it is the impact of the thing that can not be match with that affect the flame-retardant effect. In the special case ,after customer double add excessive levels of flame-retardant master-batch, products still have no fire retardant .
